Are you curious about the journey of your order the minute you paid it? Read our roadmap, and you know what to expect!

1. Place your order with the help of an account

The first time you order your desired products in our online shop, you’re asked to create an account. After that, you immediately receive an e-mail with your username and password. When you visit us the next time, you can directly login and quickly go through the ordering process. Your address is already filled, and you can add other addresses and follow your order.

2. Order confirmation

When we receive your order successfully, you receive an email with the order confirmation. Please check your spam box when you haven’t received this e-mail. If not, you can contact us. The products of Cubic Colors are stock items. It is possible that your choice is temporarily out of stock. In that case, we inform you as soon as possible.

3. Packing list

You receive your packing list via e-mail. That way, you can check if your delivered products agree with the ones you ordered. Good to know, your packing list is not supplied with your package but will only be provided to you by e-mail.

4. Invoice

By e-mail, you receive an invoice for your order.

5. Track and Trace

When your order leaves our warehouse, you receive a Track and Trace-mail in your inbox. With this, you can follow your order, and you can change the delivery day of your package (but only when you adjust it on the day that you received the e-mail). If you do nothing, the package will be delivered within a few working days.
