We do whatever we can to help you as soon as possible when there are problems with your order when you are looking for advice or if there’s any other question. That way, you receive a quick reaction, and we are happy to help. If we consult, a lot of options are possible, based on your situation.

When you contact, we try to link you to one employee as much as possible. This way, you don’t have to tell your story three times before you receive further help. Those short lines keep it simple!

At least two years of product warranty

Our assortment makes us proud! We believe in the quality of our articles, and that’s why we have a standard of two years of product warranty. In some cases, the supplier of specific products adds a little more which means you get six years of product warranty. When an extended warranty period like this is applicable, you read it at the product page article in question.

Check, check, double check!

Checking is part of our process. We check a lot of the orders we receiver before we process them. Exfoliation? No. We call it extra service to make sure that you receive the products you need. For example, if you ordered a cylinder rose in even black, and a door handle in black with structure, you get a difference in appearance. What may seem like a small difference, can have clear consequences when you assemble both. By contacting you and consulting the issues of your order, you receive the right products. This way, the extra check saves both of us time and shipping costs!

Spacious return arrangement: 100 days return policy

When the product doesn’t have the appearance you hoped for, or when it’s unexpectedly defective, you can return it without problems. You have no less than 100 days to decide whether you want to keep (a part of) your order or not. At our return page, you get more information about our return policy. Feel free to contact our service team when you have questions or marks.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 100 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 100 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Cubic Colors, Speulderweg 38-40, 3861 VG Garderen, The Netherlands, service@cubic-colors.com, +31 577 46 21 98) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you the payments for your product(s), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right to cancel does not exist for the following contracts:

- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
- Contracts for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
